NAGA SERVICE CENTER

Visayan Electric Co., Inc. through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply eligibility and bid for the:

1. Name of Project: Naga Service Center

2. Project Scope: Construction and Operation of New Service Center in Naga City, Cebu

3. Bid Document Fee: PHP6,000 (non-refundable)

The significant timelines of procurement activities are shown below: 

Issuance of Bidding Documents	February 20 to March 7, 2024
Pre-Bid Conference: Bid Document Discussion Site Inspection and Technical Requirements Discussion	March 8, 2024 - 9:00 am to 10:30am - 1:00 pm to 5:00pm
Deadline of Submission of Bids	March 14, 2024
Opening of Eligibility Documents and Technical Bids	March  15, 2024 @ 2:00 PM
Announcement of Eligible Bidders	March  15, 2024
Announcement of Bidders who Passed the Technical Evaluation	March 19, 2024
Opening of Financial Bids	March 20, 2024 @ 2:00 PM
Awarding of Winning Bidder	March 21,2024

Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure. Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Bid Administrator, Ms. Hannah Cybil Morales, thru email at hannah.morales@visayanelectric.com. After receipt of the LOI, the Bid Administrator will then furnish the Bid Documents to the interested bidders. 

A formal invitation will be sent thru email by the Bid Administrator for the Pre-bidding Conference to discuss the details of the requirement and questions arising from the Bid Documents.

The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
