FDAS AND ACCESS CONTROL INTEGRATION FOR VECO BANILAD COMPOUND
Visayan Electric Co., Inc., through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply eligibility and bid for the:
Name of Project: FDAS and Access Control Integration for VECO-Banilad Compound
Project Scope: Enhanced Integration of FDAS and Access Control: Automatic Door Unlock Activation During FDAS Alarm Status
Bid Document Fee: Php 300 (non-refundable)
The significant timelines of procurement activities are shown below:
1. Issuance of Bidding Documents | March 21 to March 27, 2024 |
2. Pre-Bid Conference: -Bid Document Discussion -Site Inspection and Technical Requirements Discussion | April 2, 2024 - 10:00am to 11:00am - 11:00am to 12:00pm |
3. Deadline for Submission of Bids | April 8, 2024 |
4. Opening of Eligibility Documents and Technical Bids | April 9, 2024 @2:00pm |
5. Announcement of Eligible Bidders | April 9, 2024 |
6. Announcement of Bidders who Passed the Technical Evaluation | April 16, 2024 |
7. Opening of Financial Bids | April 17, 2024 @2:00pm |
8. Awarding of Winning Bidder | April 19, 2024 |
Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure. Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Bid Administrator, Ms. Hannah Cybil Morales, thru email at hannah.morales@visayanelectric.com. After receipt of the LOI, the Bid Administrator will then furnish the Bid Documents to the interested bidders.
A formal invitation will be sent thru email by the Bid Administrator for the Pre-bidding Conference to discuss the details of the requirement and questions arising from the Bid Documents.
The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
