APDU CONSOLIDATED POLE LINE HARDWARES REQUIREMENT

Visayan Electric Co., Inc. through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply eligibility and bid for the:

1. Name of Project: APDU Consolidated Pole Line Hardwares Requirement

2. Project Scope: Supply of Assorted Pole Line Hardwares for APDU

3. Bid Document Fee: PHP100,000.00 (non-refundable)

4. Distribution Utilities with the requirement. 

• Visayan Electric Company, Inc.

• Davao Light & Power Company Inc.

• Cotabato Light & Power Company

• Subic Enerzone Corporation

• Mactan Enerzone Corporation

• Balamban Enerzone Corporation

• Lima Enerzone Corporation

• Malvar Enerzone Corporation

Issuance of Bidding Documents	January 18 to January 24, 2024
Pre-Bid Conference	January 26, 2024 @ 2:00 PM
Deadline of Submission of Bids	February 2, 2024
Opening of Eligibility Documents and Technical Bids	February 5, 2024 @ 10:00 AM
Announcement of Eligible Bidders	February 7, 2024
Announcement of Bidders who Passed the Technical Evaluation	February 13, 2024
Opening of Financial Bids	February 14, 2024 @ 2:00 PM
Awarding of Winning Bidder	February 19, 2024

Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure. Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Bid Administrator, Ms. Hannah Cybil Morales, thru email at hannah.morales@visayanelectric.com. After receipt of the LOI, the Bid Administrator will then furnish the Bid Documents to the interested bidders. 

Attached along with this invitation to bid is the specific list of materials included in this bid. (Refer to separate sheet).

A formal invitation will be sent thru email by the Bid Administrator for the Pre-bidding Conference to discuss the details of the requirement and questions arising from the Bid Documents.

The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
